I think your right it will take a long time for Neal to get over what happened to him and it wouldn't be right to make it seem he recovered just because of a little TLC from El and Peter. You probably have it figured out in your head where you want to take it. I would think that El and Peter will get him ready enough to face the journey back to New York where he would need a lot more treatment physically and mentally. I would love a postscript or epilogue set some months in the future where Neal has recovered as much as he is going to. Sorry don't want to interfere your stories are all amazing.

You're not interfering. I think it's great that you're really into the story! Geeze, I better not be disappointing ;) (I am always *very* disappointed when I have high hopes for a Collar episode and it's doesn't end up what I wanted it to be). I'm hoping to leave the story on a hopeful note, and then we'll see about an epilogue...

Hopeful ending sounds great. I haven't been disappointed by one of your stories yet.
When do you think you'll finish it no pressure but it was painful waiting for chapter 5 this week.

I have several pages finished but there's a long list of notes and ideas for several more pages. I am working both days this weekend (which is where I am now) but thanks to my complete lack of a social life, I should have time to write at night. On a good day I can write a few pages in one sitting, but on a bad day I can't get through a paragraph. So, the answer is: IDK. Maybe by Monday if things go well, but I don't want to make promises. Really sorry.

Don't apologise I'm on holidays for the months of July and August (I work in a school in Ireland and it's our summer holidays). I have nothing to do I'm on a small island off the west coast and am reading voraciously. I have read all three Fifty Shades books and the latest Karen Slaughter and have just started a John Grisham novel. I am also haunting the WC fanfiction thread. I have nothing to do and all day to do it.

Arrgh. Now I'm jealous. I haven't read an actual book in months! Not to mention the awesome long vacation time. I feel guilty when I take a couple of days off for the occasional weekend escape to NYC. But I'm almost done for today and then it's back to do some writing. Yay.

Read all five chapters in one sitting. Once I began reading I couldn't stop. Vivid word images, emotionally wrenching. Beautifully written. Love it.
