The best advice I can give (even if its unsolicited) is that a diet or loosing weight cant be all about the number. When it comes to plus size women like us, its about a life style change. There will be weeks where you work really hard and do really good changes and the number wont move or will go up. Thats not because you did something wrong but because your body is changing so much, and adjusting to a new life style
