feeling a bit of rage...

its quiet today which im thankful for because I hurt bad enough to want to cry. snomas aren't doing much but if I dont take it then things are worse. I'm not sleeping well mostly because I fall asleep without my mask on. then wake up middle of night and put it on. Yup curling up under a small blanket with book is what i"m going to go do... I miss eatting pizza... oh and sushi... there isn't much else I miss eatting and those two things are the hardest to not eat... My diabetes doesn't like either.
I'm tired... I"m going to bed.. oh and I had an anxiety attack about 1130pm... joy -
feel like i'm overcharged
full of energy and falling down tired. my body aches from pain and cramps and urges that I'm ignoring. i want to crawl into bed next to my beautiful wife and fall into deep sleep. I am tired yet my brain is jazzed. Oh and I'm hungry. AGAIN! ugh... ok so this isnt the best post...

Artichokes... I love em. Last week I took 2 and stuck them in a crock pot and slow cooked em. Very Yummy. Word of warning: Must start this right before going off to work for it to be ready by the time you get home! Serve them up with some fresh creamy butter and there ya go!

can't sleep
have been sick for 2 days throat on fire ears hurt I slept for over 12 hours yesterday....Ken says I'm sick again and I think shes right. I've been crying off and on for the past few hours. I just found out a very old dear friend Michael Chase has died. I am in shock. Since Dec maybe even before that.. I'm not sure I'm so bad with dates and times that I'm not sure but I think since then I had this urge to contact him... I left a msg for him once. Anyways his wife let me know today he died June 2 ( Read more... )
