my confusion was mostly because, after interviewing and taking tests for 2.5 hours, i left the place thinking i hadn't gotten the job. my boss asked me some really ridiculous questions and the whole thing just left me with no confidence whatsoever. and then they called me back the same day. weird. but yeah, it's way better than i expected. so far so good.
