An early b-day gift

Ok so with the help of two fabulous friends suzieconfused & kiwi_as I was able to get this beta'd for jendavis's birthday.

It's nothing NEAR as wonderful as her work, but I just felt like I had to do this. I saw the prompt at carolinecrane's staringout lj and I felt like it was something I could work with.

Any errors, flubs, mistakes are all mine.

I'm glad you like it. The muse must have come back for your birthday, and we're in the process of working out a visiting schedule. I'm hoping that if she's here more often than not, I can get more writing done.
