Carlson Kane Stage It Show

May 26, 2012 21:45

So I saw my first Carlson/Kane show tonight, via StageIt. In case you didn't know, StageIt is a company that basically give a performer the ability to do a show anywhere, and you can watch it on your computer screen. It was a pretty cheap ticket ($10) and I got to see the guys live.

There are pros & cons of 'attending' a show like this. First, I did have a good time. I got to watch a show in my jammies, and stuff my face with dinner.

I did miss the crowd factor. You know, the screaming, yelling, singing and dancing with people you've probably never met before and will never see again. I love concerts. I'm so damn shy and introverted its a pain, but a concert brings out my crazy. I dance, sing, & jump with everyone else.

Money is tight these day, though but the cash I spent on seeing the boys live was a treat. I got to hear songs I've never heard before, and songs I've heard other fans wax poetic about I finally got to hear what all the fuss was about. I'm glad to say I wasn't disappointed.

I wish other artists would do StageIt shows. I think it would benefit the entertainment industry and make it easier for fans to see their favorite singer.
