So I decided to hang out with Mr. Jiu Jitsu one more time just to see if I can at least TRY to make him understand. Then we got into it, biiiiggg time. I was trying to leave when I started crying. I Never Cry! Which basically means.......I really like this guy underneath it all

I remember having a somewhat similar discussion with a good-hearted, Devout Christian friend of mine. He's like a little brother to me almost.

Anyway, I explained to him about BDSM and how it can heighten the level of intimacy between lovers, and there were minor references to BDSM in the Missionary position, and other small things that he never thought of. I explained to him the trust factor, what goes on and what doesnt, consent and all that jazz.

A few months later, he comes out and tells me that if he ever got into a relationship with a girl who was into BDSM, he would give it a try.

I told him I was proud of him. =)

I'm glad that you two had a discussion about these things, you're already several steps ahead of most relationships these days.

This is funny to me, because I told my mom about this guy, and I said,"I think deep down, Lisa secretly likes someone who will be a little controlling, over-protective, and completely opposite of her."

It reminds me of your dad in a weird way.

A lot of relationships start off like this, and turn into something great when both people fight for it. So long as it isn't just FIGHTING all the time.
