I'm not online as much as I used to be and, therefore, I just can't keep up with everything anymore. So. I went on a big defriending spree - friends, communities, and feeds - to clean things up. Mostly, it was either a "let's be real, we don't really interact" thing or an interests diverging thing

Man, I've been stuck in that before. There was a lady on my LJ, whom I enjoyed talking to when we were knitting, but she never friended me back, or read anything I would write, but she'd complain when people defriended her, as though she was trying to figure out what she had done...

Finally I just did it, and hoped for the best... had to work my way through my neurosis.

(Also... Where we live, here in the future, friend is a verb! As in: "Man, we just friended the FUCK out of that place!" And, "Hold still, I'm going to friend you. Won't hurt a bit!")
