I think it means 'babe'. I only got to know hat abbreviation when I joined SPN fandom. (it is not used in manga circles. go figure. lol)

The BAMF can have the double meaning when applied to cas because he does do the night crawler Bamfing (teleportation) as well as being a B.A.M.F.

P.S. I totally thought f night crawler the first few times i read the word.
