6) NGL, my little brother(who now ships Wincest ~secretly~ but not quite as secret as he thinks) looked at me and said "how can they be soul mates if they're brothers" (again, coming from the kid who thought Carmen in "What Is and What Never Should Be" was Sam at first haha). There better be loads and loads of Wincest fic, because Jesus, it's like Sera got a tiny piece of her fanfic into this episode.
5) Dean throwing away Sam's present: I went D: , there are no words, my Wincestous heart is broken.
I like God as a relatively indifferent asshole, it makes him very John Winchester like, which has to mean shit is going to hit the fan, in epic ways.
I did sort of love how unconcerned Dean was when he was about to be shot. He knows he's not really dead and neither is Sam. "When I come back, I’m gonna be pissed."
I'm kind of meh on Heaven. Mainly because it seems you end up by yourself, and don't actually reconnect with loved ones. But it was so sad that all of Sam's good memories were Dean's bad ones. This episode did bring out all Winchester issues, for sure.

I also didn't get Pamela. Sure, everyone ends up in Heaven, great, but maybe we shouldn't rush into a war that gets them there much faster. Since it appears that Heaven can't create anything new, Earth is really where it's all about.
Yeah, Zachariah can't have anything better in the torture department than Alistair, and Dean held out 30 years against him.
And the multiple Winchester visits to Heaven made a schizzle load of sense. Hmmm. Wonder if Dean and Cas met before Cas gripped Dean tight and raised him from Perdition

I adored how totally nonchalant Dean was about dying. It was one of my favorite parts of the episode :)
Heaven was sad, unless you ask Pamela or the weird lady that looked like her. She was one of my favorite characters until she started advocating the death millions.
The end of the episode was heartbreaking all around. There wasn't a character left that hadn't had their heart shredded! Poor Cas!!
