I used photoshop for everything. Photoshop's not free... but... if you look around in the right places, you can find it... *cough* not that I endorse pirating software or anything.

Uhhmm...I was thinking of downloading photoshop,but the only problem is that I don't know how to use it!*fails-

I have a hard time gauging the level of difficulty in photoshop, I took classes on it in school. :/ however, I think you can find lots of tutorials online if you look :)

I use Photoshop, which you can download the latest version for free fore a month. It's not a simple program. I also use Image Ready which comes with earlier versions of Photoshop.

Hmmm, I'm pretty sure there are easier programs to use for this purpose. If I come across any, I'll let you know.

I could never find a free animated gif program myself. There are websites that can animate the pictures you upload, but I can't imagine using those for a batch of gifs.

Photoshop is fun to mess around in. You'll get the hang of it just by testing it out.

Photoshop won't install in my computer D: SHIIIIT.I just go to the set up and try to download but it doesn't work.

It was the original try out I downloaded from Adobe's website.Maybe it's my horrible computer's fault x_x
