I get frustrated by the way that I think

I am not that much of a thinker as in I do rather than think about doing it, but sometimes, my line of thinking sucks. I wish people either think like me or do things that I think they should do. But then I am my own worse enemy in some things. I know what I want and what I need and when these things come my way, I turn them down for stupid ( Read more... )

then don't turn them down ;) give them a go, see where it takes you. wouldn't be the end of the world.

You said you wanted to be more brave and try new fashion, buy clothes you'd normally not have the confidence to try. Apply the same logic. It wouldn't mean other avenues are completely closed, and at the same time might open up a whole new world that is better than you imagined ;)

you should know me well enough to know that I do take risks and go for things.

Maybe I shouldn't have said that I am frustrated by the way that I think, more the way that I feel.....

whether it's how you think or how you feel, i think the same answer still applies :) it still doesn't cut anything off, by exploring avenues. Nothing is lost by seeing what happens, seeing how things go. Only by not seeing what happens. A logic that applies to many things in life :)

I have always said that I would rather have more regrets over things that I have done than haven't done. Saying that, if my heart isn't in it, then I won't give it my all and then is there really any point in doing it? I very rarely lose anything by not seeing what will happen, but sometimes I do think it best to use ones head instead of ones heart for a change, though I don't do that very often.
