How was everyone's holiday? While Christmas can be enjoyable, this year I had my family staying with me, which was somewhat stressful. My mother doesn't approve of alcohol and all my dad could talk about was beer. My sister slept at least 15 hours a day. I had to cook.

Things are swinging along here. We just found out that our loan was approved by the underwriter which means we should be able to close on the house Friday, a week earlier than we planned.
