Most of you who have ever been to my house knew Eva. She was the hermit crab that I kept for the last 7 years. That's right. 7 years. That's about 6.75 years longer than most people can keep them alive

...there's something so charming about hermit crabs. I used to love watching them inspect potential "new home" shells when I had mine years ago.
