I am so happy to see this, it was everything I'd hoped it'd be and more.

Loved the flashbacks, loved them, loved everything.

This 'verse remains compelling and incredible, don't stop now!

The flashbacks were totally my favorite part about writing this. ;D

Glad you liked it! There is one more fic in this series, I think. One more! It seems impossible!

I'll try to make sure it doesn't take nearly as long to get written as this one did.

Holy cow, when I met you at writercon I didn't realize you were the author of this verse! (probably a good thing, I would have gushed about it so much I'd have embarrassed myself) Wonderful addition. Poor Dean, and those flashbacks were perfect.

And now I have visions of custom t-shirts listing the titles of key fics authored for people to wear around a writercon.

Ha! You might be onto something, but I only ever remembered this as the Words Like Violence one not by the title so we'd need to have the titles and little explanations of what each verse was and then some people would get weirded out by having their chests stared out by strangers...

I was figuring it could be like those tour shirts. The front would have you screenname in a big flahsy logo, and the back could have highlights and details of your fic. . . .

But then everyone would keep trying to get you to turn around or something. It'd really just kinda be weird, huh. ;D

Wow, just wow. This was one of the stories that first got me reading fic (I had a strong, if uninformed, aversion to it)...heck, one of the stories that really got me hooked. So it was a big surprise and a real joy to see it that it had not only been updated but that it also was just as awesome as I remembered it to be.

Thanks! And, uh, yeah, it actually got darker than I thought it would on this one. But it seemed to work, so. . . . *shrugs*
