Goals

I have been looking different diet options over and have made a few goals for myself. I currently weigh somewhere near 142 lbs or so and want to lose 30 lbs to be 112 lbs. I’ve made up a system for myself that for each 5 lbs that I lose, I get a reward-the rewards getting better with the more weight that I shed. So here is my schedule ( Read more... )
