Today I did okay. I ended up running for only 25 minutes, but I walked on a treadmill at an incline for an additional 20 minutes. I also did more toning (mostly ab work though). I ate more than 500 calories--actually ended up eating 1000 calories. I tried to eat lots of vegetables, but my downfall came when I brought rice cakes to snack on while I

Vegetarianism is overrated :-P :) Higher protein is better anyway.
