Determined to be thin

I am looking forward to fasting on Monday. I want to see how long my body can go without food... I also want to kick up my workouts...so I decided that on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday I am going to run for an hour again on the treadmill and on Wednesday night I am going to do an hour of kickboxing. Just watch the workout on the fast. i've definately passed out on a treadmill before. Fucking OUCH!

Oooie.... I will have to watch that. Thanks! Do you think if I kept up on my water before hand that would help me to not pass out? How do you stop it?

staying hydrated will help. It depends how your body re-acts and how bad off you are, really. If you're getting lightheaded Slow down or stop, you know yourself better than I do how much you can handle. Personally I know when I'm just lightheaded or Really gonna go lights out by now but I was pushing it for "just a few more minutes" and my body was like "uh, no".
Ahh those were the days...

thanks for the tips. I will have to watch that. Today I did 40 min running, 20 walking and got a little lightheaded at the end... might have to cut back some.
