i have no words.

but i know that a person's spirit doesn't just stop existing. somehow, in some way, that spirit continues. and for someone whose body was so broken that they lived almost completely in their spirit anyway, this must be even more true.

and i hope that the legal system drops all the nonsense and leaves her poor family alone.

I only found out today. I'm in shock over how things are unfolding. So heartbreaking.

This is very sad. I didn't know her, I only saw her comment on LJ here and there--don't remember whose flists. My heart goes out to her family, and my hopes are for better recognition of a real, serious disease, and more, better, research.

I am very sorry you lost a friend.

I didn't know her but this is so, so sad. It's frightening to think how many people might have been let down so badly by the medical profession. I can't imagine what her family are going through & I'm very sorry for your loss, take care.
