I got off, fortunately a train had just come in so there were plenty of people getting on at the station - and with pen and paper in hand, stood ahead of him, clearly noting down his appearance, his driver number, the bus reg number, and the time. I got glared at. I did not cross the road til after he'd gone! He would not have been in any doubt that I was getting the information to make a complaint. Maybe the rest of the journey might have been a little easier for other passengers?

I hate that kind of behaviour. A lot of the taxi drivers around Guildford I find are the same. I've gotten out of taxi's that I'd have refused to pay if I were on my own. Fair enough if a person wants to put their own life at risk, but driving for paying customers? Not on.
