I always think of tattoos as a sort of surgery. Tattooing the bottoms of your feet might eventually cause pain? I know surgery like laser wart removal has the potential to lead to future complications. I certainly enjoy walking barefoot too much to endanger my feet. And on that note, do you think the dyes would fade or get muddled by the dirt your feet encounter or scouring influences of coarse sand? Things to consider.
While maps on your feet is really neat, having Tony Blair on your big toe might get old in a few years. I'd recommend ditching the toe idea.
My last comment is that I have a friend who has a good policy on tattoos: write down what you want, pick it out at the parlor and then wait two years. If you still want the same tattoo, get it. If you change your mind about the tattoo at any point, wait two more years for that new tattoo.
Yarr... I know. I just thought it was a fun idea. I'd probably never follow through with it because I typically don't like to alter my body that much (like piercings and dying my hair and such).
But but... wouldn't it be so much fun to have Blair on your big toe? You could have UN meetings with your feet!

I think that would be really cool. I think that it might hurt though...can you even tattoo the bottoms of your feet? Would the ink rub off in time? and what if you wanted to go bare foot you would see bright colors with every step. Still I think that it is a good idea and you shouldn't be afraid of taboo or society. Life is so very very short you should live look, dress and do what you want. Love you hope all is well
