Early in the game, Bianca is portrayed as pretty indecisive and not able to stick up for her self. Her parents, specifically her dad, were vehemently against letting her go on out into the world of pokemon by herself. She is eventually allowed to go, although her father is still not too keen on the idea of letting his little girl out into the world by herself.
Bianca is very worried that she is so weak and indecisive. She doesn't really know what she wants to do with her life. When Team Plasma steal her Munna, she becomes extremely worried about her own weaknesses. After this point, she begins to understand that she is not anywhere near the strongest trainer. From this point on, she opts to hang back and protect Professor Juniper whenever there is danger. She comes to realize that this, too, is an important job and that Hilda/Hilbert can handle charging the bad guys by himself/herself. Her offer to protect Juniper also shows her fierce protective nature and her loyalty to her friends.
Over her journey, she is able to grow and find herself. When her father arrives in Nimbasa City to take her home, she is able to stand up for her dream (with some help from Nimbasa's gym leader Elesa). She eventually realizes that she will probably not ever be the strongest pokemon trainer out there, but that she doesn't need to be, either. In the end game, she realizes that she doesn't want to be a professional trainer, but would rather study pokemon with Professor Juniper or become a model like Elesa.
In general, Bianca is extremely friendly and polite, if not a bit shy. She's also pretty carefree, to the point of seeming like a ditz sometimes.
