I just got back from the mountains today. A week of Outdoor Educations with 70 sixth graders! It may sound like hell but it is just what the doctor ordered. There is something about kids that just simplifies life. Their troubles are so little like them and their smiles come so easily. It just makes you want to be more like a child. I went to the gym today and ran for 30 minutes. That made me feel happy and healthy and you no all that stuff you are supposed to feel after you excercise. I think i will do it again sometime
