Oh... so that's how long 5k is... *eyes wide with disbelief* yes, that's pretty long.

I ran the 5K race at Regent's Park today! And I beat my personal best by doing it in under 37 minutes, which is not too bad for a beginner. Well I wasn't last!

Go you! You look very happy in those pictures, so hush! :D Thats wonderful of you. So many people complain, but never actually put actions behind their words. I usually do a walk in my town for Breast Cancer. I always walk because of my asthma, but it's for a great cause. :D

Good for you!! It's a wonderful feeling to actually become involved in something so worth while. Personally I walk each year with my children for March of Dimes.
