'Ere, when did they move "Grange Hill"?! I swear it used to be set in a London School. It must have been, because the actors grew up and moved into "EastEnders". Now all the kids seem to have some sort of accent from up north.

A quick Google search has enlightened me that they moved "Grange Hill" from London to Liverpool in 2002. Odd decision

Yeah, its because its Phil Redmond and he is based in Liverpool at Mersey TV, which is where they also film Hollyoaks.

Well I suppose it's understandable that he'd want his brainchild in Liverpool. Maybe he should have just made a brand new series about a Liverpool school and given it a new name - just to save my confusion!
