I've finished the last essay of the year. OMG it is such a load of rubbish but I can't work on it any more. It's about food safety legislation and in case you didn't know, legislation documents make no sense whatsoever

I love your Worf icon. :) Hearing your ordeal with the appointment makes me made. Make sure you let the nurse/doctor know about what happened. If he's losing patients because of her, he'd probably want to know. And he can't do anything about her, if he's not aware he's got a dipshit on staff.

That's a good point. But I think state doctors have their salaries paid by the NHS regardless of the number of patients they have, which could explain why good service isn't a high priority :/
