I find it funny that your word today refers both to something symmetric and crabs, who are distinctly asymmetric.

Well, if the original adjective was "symmetric," then doesn't it follow that the opposite would be "asymmetric?" Or are you saying that "symmetrical" is the correct word, as well? I don't know. That's just what sounded right, and usually my gut feelings are right when it comes to words.

If it makes you feel better, I have two papers due next week, each taking the place of their class's midterm exam. But I've already done my sociology one, because I'm dorky like that.

Yes. Symmetrical = asymmetrical. That's what sounds right to me, so darn my gut if it's wrong.

Papers are easy. I hate exams.
