I am going insane. I am hot all the freaking time. Yes it is 90 degrees outside, but the hot flashes are not helping! I almost walked out at work today. I'm with ya on the hot flashes. Ever since my daughter was born 3 1/2 years ago, I get hot flashes and night sweats like nobody's business. I have to change my pajamas at night and they will still be wet when I wake up. My doctor told me to take estrogen, but I don't want to go that route.

At work, we get all these candy ass women "I'm cold! Turn the thermostat up!" Put on an effing sweater, you cow!
