So I got a "review" last night from a non-author member of FFnet. And maybe I over reacted? But I thought the second bit was fucking rude.

I didn't think they sounded rude in their review, just an idiot who didn't read the author's note. I think your response was a little harsh (please don't hate me). I would have just said, "I explained it in my authors note that the first three chapters are flashbacks, and that the next chapter will start the sequel. Please be patient for that."

But really, I would be upset knowing they skipped the autors note and left a review like that. I have to many people at work that do not read my e-mail message when I send pictures. They call me up to complain and I simply say, "Read your damn e-mail."

Hehe. Yeah, I already apologized to them. And why would I be upset by something I value the most in friendship (Honesty)? ^_~

I have been up and down this whole past week. It's been a brutal one. I have had trouble with my periods for years. The doctors tell me nothing's wrong, but I feel it. IDK.

But that person messages me and told me they didn't mean any offense and they jut really didn't "recall the scenes I was describing" so yeah... Definitely someone who doesn't pay attention to detail when reading. Siiiigh. Whatevz I apologized for my snappy demeanor and explained EVERYTHING. Then also advised them that their confusion would be assuaged in the future for anything like this if they paid more attention to those details, and maybe rewatched/reread things. File under "Life Advice".

Well, periods are different for everyone. Like my sister used to suffer soooo much - laid out cold practically for days - until my grandma/mom made her take Chinese medicine for it, which really helped. And mine have been relatively minor always. So it kind of depends on the "trouble". (haha~ Look at us all girly talking about menstruation issues XD)
Anywho! They definitely missed out on the ANs, so hopefully next time they'll take the time to read it - they're usually there for a reason. Buuut... I hope you didn't really explain EVERYTHING... Lol~~

I agree with Haruko on this one! It didn't come across as rude to me, but just ignorant. And yeah, obviously didn't read your author's note, even when it was all explained right at the beginning.

A taaad harsh in the response, but I get where you're coming from. Should have just kept it short and quick. *shrugs* We all have that time and I've learned from the past not to "say" anything when I'm angry without giving it a break before just reacting.

Some words/phrases tick us off like that when we're already in a negative mood. It'll pass though. Go watch some Psycho-Pass! It'll cure you!! Teehee~

For my commentary, rather than re-type something similar...se Haruko's post. All's well. Apologies were indeed made. Yeah the ignorance was def the case. As for short responses, when has brevity ever been my strong-suit? Haha!
