Hostess with the Mostest!
The house is on its way to be refreshingly clean! /(@o@)\ Last night I hosted a huge crowd and nearly 30 singers. And now I am full steam ahead with my cleaners, vacuum and mop! Gackt as Anime characters, lol... Random Thought.
Gackt has had so many looks over the years. And many of them remind me of video game and anime characters. We need to move...
To Europe! Here is my list of reasons (in no particular order, hehehe):
1) In most western European countries (France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, etc.) you are generally freer, in a sense not only legal but also societal, to be who you are and express yourself. Tolerance and acceptance is not only taught, it's LIVED. ( Read more... ) -
Europe here we come!!!
On the road, via bus to NYC from Providence. From there we hop a train to JFK Int'l to Catch our flight to Dusseldorf, Germany. It's 12:30 EDT, and we will be arriving around 2pm (8am, EDT) that's over 21 hrs of traveling. Joy. But we'll be in France from Fri to Wed. Then in England through Next Sunday. Heads up
You probably won't be hearing too much from me this week. My Grandma (maternal), the one who's house we live in, had a massive stroke this weekend. She's in hospice at MassGeneral, and now we merely play a heart-wrenching version of the waiting game. This is really hard for me and my family. My mom is the only child and has A LOT to deal with. Can I just say...
That I have the awesomest husband? hehehe. He knew what a week I've had and he went about his day out with his brother and let me just lay in bed all day and watch movies. ...Of crazy. There are still 7 more gigs to go for Hemlok in the month of September. We also will be shooting the video for Vendetta starting on Sunday. *stoked* Then we'll have 4 more gigs in october before heading for JFK international on October 17th to fly over to Europe.
