I couldn't let the day pass without mentioning another baby boy called Adam Mitchel Lambert born in Indianapolis, Indiana exactly one year and one day after Elijah Jordan Wood was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Did you know Adam was born just 5 hours away from me? I was a senior in high school, so a road trip wouldn't have been out of the question. LOL! Happy Birthday Adam! And what a wonderful idea for his charity.

Is it only a five-hour drive from Cleveland to Indianapolis? I thought it was farther than that.

I think you meant good looking Aquarians, not food looking...LOL

I just checked Google and the driving time is listed as only 4 hrs. 47 mins. I didn't realize they were that close of each other.

5 hours sounds a lot to me, but i suppose in a country your size it's nothing at all Lol. You would have had to be quick though. He was only there for a year before the family moved to San Diego ;)

Ever since Adam's first birthday after he gained a fan base, he's always suggested donations to one of the charities that he supports. This is the first time he's actually set up something of his own.

Yes, i guess i must be attracted to Aquarians lol. And they couldn't be more different in temperament. Elijah is quiet and unassuming. Adam is a diva in the nicest possible way :D But, apart from their gorgeous good looks, they both have one thing in common.. A humble generous heart. ♥

Good for Adam. So typical of this lovely man to request donations to his charitable foundation rather than sending him personal gifts. How thoughtful of him. Just one more reason to love him (in addition to his spectacular talent.)

I know what you mean. He has the most generous giving heart. He's always suggested that fans on his birthday give to one of the charities that he supports. I remember one of his first birthdays after Idol. He was advocating that fans gave to Water Aid and was hoping to raise something like $29,000 (or whatever number age he was on that birthday) I think they raised over $300,000 that year. And now he has his own Foundation. A lovely man indeed ♥

Yes, I recall that he's always been very adamant about giving to charities. Doesn't he support one that provides programs and musical instruments for schools? I can't remember the name of it or if it is still in existence.

It is indeed. So proud of him that he's set up his own Foundation. He's a huge supporter of the LGBTQ+ community and uses his celebrity status to encourage and support.. especially the young.

Yes a great idea. The foundation raised almost $20,000 in his birthday week. I'm happy for him.

Aww. Thank you Jude. I don't know about 'miracles' but he certainly has a busy year this year. He's on tour with Queen at the moment which will run until July. Then he's hoping to tour himself with his new album. He never stops ;) xx
