And happy is exactly how I've been feeling since my first major workout at the pool on Saturday.  I also did another workout in the pool when I got home from work yesterday.  (And Sunday we spent the day walking around in the boiling hot sun all over Crystal City so that was definitely exercise as well!)  So thank you, Elle Woods, for teaching me ( Read more... )

So I just got back from the pool, where I tanned, read my book, and got some exercise.  I swam laps in all different ways to work different muscles. Swimming takes so much out of you! I was out of breath and my muscles were burning after only the second lap. lol.  But I kept on swimming and pushed myself to go for at least 30 minutes.  I was almost ( Read more... )
