I know this is a really ridiculous question, but bear with me as I've never used fake nails before, just decorated my natural ones lol, but if you use nail glue to attach the nails, can the nails still be re-used another time? Or is that only with nail stickers? Sorry I sound so dumb, but I'll be new to this XD
You're designs are all so gorgeous, and I have my eye on both the icy rose and sailor theme ones in future (I've been waiting for you to start commisions, and you do when I can't afford it! XD) ^_^
Its not a ridiculous question, not at all! =) The nails can be re used with both the kinds of glue, but when you use the nail stickers, they will last longer. Nail stickers can easily be removed from the nails, without leaving any residue.
but I was wondering about sites that can give more information on making your own nails? And stores to get supplies, and things like that? You must have learned from somewhere...although you might have had a person helping you and not a computer. xD
Well, its all DIY =) I browsed through japanese nailart websites, and just looked at the nails, trying to figure out how they were made, in what order the decoration was applied ect. I also had some mooks, like KiLaLa, KERAmaniax and Other Japanese fashion magazines. They mostly have a few pages dedicated to artnails. There is also a step-to-step explanation on those pages.
The nail supplies were all bought from the internet, too. Ebay and strapja have everything you need =)
