Apparently another inhabitant of the island was trying to break the machine open and Mr. Vash was helping.. I am not sure the details, and I do not wish to know. It was an act of blatant idiocy.

Very much the same. Between the book store and the library there is a great deal to work with. How is your job in the courts? I mean to go down their one day, to see some proceedings if there are any to view. Perhaps we could could go to lunch as we have been planning when I do, should you have the time of course.
