does it ever work that way?? or do all friends just sort of fade out?? my best friend and i arent quite as close as we were so recently. paradigm shift...things fluxed and fucked. it sucks giving EVERYthing to your friend...your lover...the one person you trust more than anybody else...when they have *no* thing. I totally understand that. However, one friend and I separated for about a year...another person came between us. And after a time we realised that her purpose was to divide and conquer. It took awhhile for things to mend. So, for 28 years we are still friends...no matter time or place. Her eldest daughter now lives with me.
Sometimes they do come back around...and other times, they are gone. Sometimes we cannot see that it is at times for the best.
