I must admit I am having difficulty adjusting to this place. I have encountered so many strange things, and from what I hear, it will only get stranger. In my home world, knowledge was one of my greatest weapons, but here I have only uncertainty. The books I study all come from different worlds, and they all contradict each other. I have hundreds of years of family history to draw on. It is not simply what they would do that I consider, but the mistakes they made. Still, no one in the recorded history of my family has encountered a situation like this.

In my world, all full vampires are evil, but here I was told that that may not be the case. I believe that there are vampires here, and that leaves me with a rather difficult decision.
