i wish i didn't have so much work filling up every day with or without my approval.

I'm gonna go ahead and call this the best spring break. I had ten roommates in college; this break, I got to see five of them and heard another got married! I really like birthdays... this one I will get to spend in Cleveland, hopefully with some good friends. Looking back on the last two years of reading: I read 28 books in 2007, which rounds up to 30 with all the short stories. Since starting grad school, my leisure reading has been slower...down ten this year. Working on Sense and Sensibility and eventually See Jane Lead ( Read more... )

Since there are already three decorated Christmas trees at work, and two more on the way, I am transitioning into the holiday mindset. Requesting holiday movies at the library. i am making some great friends with some great names: Tenneal, Khemptip, Melinda, etc. it's sad that i don't have that much time for them or anything else. somehow, though, i still manage to watch quite a few movies and read books (very slowly...during the fifteen minute bus rides to and from school). my school provides many free pizza talks ( Read more... )

i've been running for the bus a lot lately so i'm getting some cardio into my day. looking into interships (for next semester and summer). doing lots of homework. trying to have a life. some girls are coming over tonight and i'm looking forward to a night in regent square.

went out with work women and was glad to. now i won't be able to fall asleep. many drinks (and pizza!). i love my new apartment because i've actually spent time in it now. finally going to orientation tomorrow. i cheated and skipped a few days...

Back in Pitt and one less day of orientation means one more day of settling in. IKEA yesterday added more things to be put away but also made the apartment more lit and (later) less bare.
