First, I'll get my Supernatural spoilers out of the way.
So, it was a little harried for us watching it since he'd eaten a late lunch and I was starving (and then ate something quick to tide myself over) so I was cooking dinner during the episode. Crepes don't take long to cook, though, so I did a lot of darting back and forth.
It felt a lot like the "Back to the Future" movies at first...and then it just took a depressing turn. Mary making the "deal" with yellow-eyes adds a whole new depth of understanding to Mary's comment of "You" when she comes back to Sam's room and sees yellow-eyes. She obviously remembers him. Then again...how could you forget? and to hear about how all she wanted was a normal life...and then to find out that all her fears happen? It's terrible.
So...I liked it. But I'm still wary of what's in store for the Winchester boys. Things could go very, very badly still. Especially since the angels aren't pleased with Sam's actions. ...and are willing to eliminate him. Who would'a thought Sam would've teamed up with the demons and Dean teamed up with the angels?
END SPOILER
I...haven't gotten a job yet, as you may have all guessed. I've applied to some more jobs, but it's hard to keep from getting discouraged. I have started to make arrangements to have a mock interview at the LDS employment center, so hopefully I can get some pointers about what to do/not to do. Because it has to be something in the interview. How else can I get that far, get down to one of three and then...not get picked still?
Oh well. I'm hanging in there.
This weekend we're going down to Draper to be with the in-laws for General Conference and we're heading to Provo this afternoon, as soon as Brazil is out of class. So, I'll be back in contact with people on Sunday night/Monday. And hopefully I'll be getting interview calls soon.
*crosses fingers*
