you have no idea how well i understand.

everyone's just been saying horrible things about me today and no one knows that i believe everything they say about me, and my confidence is so low. & i don't know how to change myself to make it stop.

It is nice to know that someone understands. I am in the same boat right now. I don't think people realize that some people do take everything to heart that they say.
