Girl, tell me what you neeeeed, that's why I'm an admin! I feel your pain, former MoFA here. We have literally dozens of masks for different alliances, as each alliance with us gets its own mask if they have over 30 peeps.

oh, i've got it. i figured out all the various settings and options quickly... it's just that it takes time to do it for twenty new members is all.
(and as of right now, the vote by the confederation membership seems to indicate that i will have my own admin powers soon, anyway, rather than using jim's.)

MoFA SHOULD have admin powers, no voting about it. There's so much you have to do in the admin panel with masking and whatnot.
