I'm so bothered by the fact my employers decided to do nothing about it. :| If this were one of my employees doing this? His ass would be so fired, he wouldn't know what hit him.

It's sexual harassment and it created a hostile work environment. It was totally their problem!

You see, that's what I thought. It may not be happening on company time/property all the time but it's still harassment. And I mean, I've seen companies fire employees over stuff they've said/done outside of work, so I fail to see how this doesn't also apply in a similar fashion.
