FAQs
1) Why an icon community called belovedsfighter ?
It was an LJ account given to me and named after the tragically beautiful Agatsuma Soubi of Kouga Yun's series Loveless. He's the one sprawled throughout the account's layout looking all 'smex me now!' in case you were wondering.
2) What is the purpose of it's existence?
The account was converted into a community because insomnikat gets lonely and very self-conscious posting all by herself. It also saves the trouble of having to log into a new account every time I wish to post. It's purpose is to eventually archive ALL the icons and graphic manipulations made by insomnikat and her LJ friends. Posting is also limited to these select users. They have no names NOT because Insomnikat is vain, but because 1) she can't remember who on her flist she initially gave posting access to 2) which ones were mildly interested to begin with 3) who she actually informed of having posting access, and 4) is, at the end of the day, too lazy to load community management to find out.
Having said that, I assure you all that belovedsfighter will continue to live up to it's given name, layout, character prominence and maintain the high quality standards that it has established for itself.
For the most part though, this community is insomnikat's eye candy playground, with extra emphasis on Loveless as a result of the name and layout.
3) What other stuff can I expect to eventually see here besides icons?
Graphic manipulations not restricted to a 100x100 parameter, for one. Banner examples can be seen at Crimson Shade (Uchiha Sasuke. Look under Gluttony) and Stimulate (Agatsuma Soubi. Look under Beloved). Colour bars. LJ layouts, perhaps. Wallpapers, one day. Perhaps a song or two when inclined. Custom photoshop brushes or texture sets seem inevitable.
4) What stuff will I NOT see here?
Character-themed 100 icon sets. That is beyond my abilities, quality control, acceptable time and effort. And with the exception of this, posts without some form of eye candy you can download.
5) Do you take icon, banner, etc. requests?
Not really, but I am open to the occasional suggestion or challenge that piques my interest. Bribery in the form of high quality manga scans also works very very well.

- NO HOT LINKING. Put simply: save the images you want onto your computer and upload them onto your own image hostings for use beyond LJ.
- Credit either the poster (ie, insomnikat) or the community belovedsfighter in the description textbox available to you when uploading your icons. [See a tutorial with images on how to do this]
