I've been feeling a little low on graphical inspiration of late and somehow I've come to the conclusion that accepting banner requests might get me over it. That's right, I am accepting banner requests.
The process is the same as before:
1) Provide me a pairing or character(s) from a fandom that I know. Extra points if it's something I haven't done before or in a while. I enjoy a good challenge. :p
2) Include a favourite quote or song (uploading an mp3 also makes a good bribe helps) and two, no more than three lines from it to best represent the 'theme' you wish for the banner.
3) State any banner preferences you may have (such as primary color theme, dimensions, an intention to use it in your LJ layout, profile, or use as an FO banner)
All requests are much appreciated, but unfortunately I CANNOT GUARANTEE that I can/will actually make it. It all depends on the song+subject combo you give me and if I have the right images at my disposal to go through with them. Sending zip files of ALL your preferred and/or favorite pictures has historically proven to be quite helpful. It allows me to 'see' how your taste and vision for a banner is. However, I reserve the right to NOT have to use any of those specific images in the banner-making process. I'm not anal. I just think I work better and produce nicer banners when I have that flexibility.
Therefore I must stress the importance of #2 as the ultimate influence on how a banner turns out (if at all). I must also emphasize the fact that I must have at least watched the drama or know the JE boys (see my LJ) of #1.
