So I got the last warning at work. Apparently (actually obviously to everyone who knows me) my absence is hindering the company. Duh? took you 6 months to say something. So yeah i cant miss work now unless it is under FMLA. So i was early today - wonder of wonders

We're not underpaid...were paid really well. It doesn't make anything better, it still sucks.
