I'm not explaining until YOU explain, because when I find this place I will go there for MY honeymoon! :D

Haha. Fantastic response. Very well:

I'm referring to the Sylvia Beach Hotel (named after Sylvia Plath, I wonder?) which has rooms themed after authors (if you couldn't guess). It's on the coast of Oregon in Nye Beach. :)

Sylvia Beach Hotel

The Classics include a private deck and fireplace (Cosette is the honeymoon suite), the Best Sellers include an ocean view and the Novels are basically just rooms with no view. Otherwise, I'd go for the Tolkien, I'm sure. But we want an ocean view without having to pay the extra $$ for the deck and fireplace (though of course that would be nice too). :)

Hemingway is typically equated with leather or dark, classic furniture. Ethan Allen has a line named after him, I think, and I LOVE IT.

On second thought...if there really is a stuffed animal head on the wall, might not want to do that room. That's not very romantic. LOL.

Ooh, thanks for the info. I was thinking Hemingway would be minimalistic. The hotel website doesn't have pictures, but little hard-to-see sketches instead. But I just checked, there is an animal head on the wall. Something we're sort of used to here in North Dakota, but yes, I agree, not very romantic.

I would go with Poe since he's one of my favorites but I think the whole room would be too creepy for a honeymoon. :)

Edgar Allan Poe. I <3 dark romanticism and would really enjoy that theme, personally. But I also am a goth at heart, lol.

Well, Poe *IS* my favorite. But he's much more of a creepy feel (hello stuffed dead raven!) which would normally be appreciated except maybe on the honeymoon. ;) We'll see.

Hello.Prince of Persia backup -
I'm not sure if I have a bad press of this movie or if anyone else if having this problem. Anydvd just keeps saying it is analayzing the disc (over 10 minutes). Dvdfab says there is a problem with my drive. New drive, lots of backups done already, no problems. I've registered both of these programs. Any help would be appreciated.Learning never stops.
