i actually toured a medieval castle where there was nothing left inside because it had been wood and is now gone http://www.casteland.com/puk/castle/centre/indreloire/loches/loches.htm it was awesome. i have about a million pictures of it on my computer.

there are hardwood floors in the music room, dining room, stairs, and studio. the rest is carpet or linoleum.
