Okay, it’s actually a toss-up between two episodes of the sixth season. Seriously, I couldn’t choose. Brace yourselves for the dreaded wall of text :o)

Oh yes. Exactly. I used to have a set of Wild Wild West episodes on tapes (between my numerous moves and my mum's, I have no idea where they ended up) and "Night of the Pistoleros" among others gave me so many feels, every time :o) Unfortunately, not only have the tapes disappeared, but I haven't owned a VCR for many years, and full-series DVD box sets are too expensive for me to contemplate. I splurged for Hogan's Heroes (second-hand) last year, but now with saving for the house and stuff it's going to be a while till I have enough for DVDs :-/

I am, as I imagine you know by now, anything but immune to feels (the latest and most embarrassing source of which is Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter. Sigh.). That being said "Night of the Pistoleros" has always stood out for me because it's the partner who usually doesn't emote and isn't supposed to care going all to pieces. I'm convinced that people deprived of any and/or all of their five senses would still pick up on how much Artemus cares about Jim...which is what made it so interesting and satisfying to finally see that the affection does go both ways. ("Night of the Murderous Spring" also brings the feels but we had to wait longer for the pay off in "Pistoleros.") I'll keep my fingers crossed for you in the DVD department. ;)

And yes, I would still very much like to check out those HH snippets. :D
