OK, now I'm righteously pissed....

However long ago (maybe even 10 years) I signed up for HBF health insurance. As part of it I wanted full dental coverage and believed I communicated that fact. It would seem that they enrolled me for, and have been charging me for general dental and not major dental. I got to find this out today when I presented

I feel your arghhh deeply. And have to admit to being totally caught out by that before myself. The options that presented themselves were going back the next day with an angle grinder and commiting sonic/noise/death/performance art on their shop, or pay more money and wait a year. Sadly i chose the later.
