I have a 'green smoothie' every morning as part of my breakfast. It helps if you have an amazing blender, which I do not. Spinach is definitely a green that chops up more smoothly than the rest, but I like spinach so I alternate other uber healthy greens that I don't particularly enjoy eating like kale, collards, mustard, ect

Fruit salad (strawberries, watermelon, pineapple, gnashi pear, kiwi fruit) topped with natural yoghurt and fresh passionfruit.
