try tj maxx/marshalls/homegoods i always seem to find good (and sometimes random)things there. target too. ikea is cheap & cheap is good.. thrift stores too.

delias (i got all my sheets, bedspread ect from there) and urban (a little pricey...duh). oh and target like was posted before. cute cute cute.

urban sometimes has home sales, and basically all the home furnishings are on sale. i bought a bed-in-a-bag for $15. it was marked down, and in addition all housewares were 50% off.
linens n things has all kinds of stuff... you can find basics, as well as random things here and there.
